I am fortunate to have participated in the cover design for the Taiwan edition of Scientific American. When I first heard the requirements, the first image that came to mind was the action of "drawing bow." After all, the bow and arrow symbolize human civilization in the era of cold weapons, dating back to the Stone Age some seventy thousand years ago. It is a perfect combination of harmony, lethality, strength, and beauty. For this issue, our female figure was created using the 3D software Blender + Photoshop. I have always been curious about the lifestyles of our ancestors and often watch videos on various primitive survival skills online. Through this magazine feature, I delve deeper into the traces of our ancestors' lives from physiological and archaeological perspectives. It has been a quite captivating reading experience.
